Shipping Policy
The shipment of the Customer's order is made after receipt of the full payment of the order, including shipping costs.
The shipment is preformed via Colissimo FRance and it's partners abroad.
The Customer is responsible for any potential taxes if they are enforced by Imports and Customs departments of Reciever's County.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are refused on our boxes in accordance with l’article L121-21-8 du Code de la consommation « le droit de rétractation ne peut être exercé pour les contrats de fournitures de biens susceptibles de se détériorer ou se périmer rapidement ».

We refund products with hidden defects (photos requested), within 14 days, using the means of payment used when ordering.
