Our Story
Our Subscription Treasure Boxes
Having moved to France, we were amazed by the abundance of goods produced by local artisans and the openness of local businesses. Any attempts to purchase locally produced goods and products ended with the desire of the people creating them to give them a mini-tour or tell the story of their family and life’s work. We share stories of our visits to small local industries on our Instagram (coffreautresor.fr). We invite you to purchase our boxes and so to support us and our final suppliers.
We are offering Treasure Boxes of three types:
- Gourment (Vegetarian variation available)
- For Sweet lovers
- "le plaisir de la femme" (Woman's pleasure) - cosmetics box
We are running the concept of Treasure boxes with the Surprise contents. Therefore, we are providing only the general description, giving you an approximate idea about the products in the box. The exact flavours and tastes will remain a mystery until you open your Treasure box.

Each month all the boxes are unified under the umbrella of Chosen Region, meaning all goods are coming from these regions of France and made by remarkable local businesses (usually families of artisans). We are changing the regions each 3-4 months.
December 2023 - February 2024 are confirmed to be dedicated to mountain regions - Haute-Savoie & Savoie regions, which are the true embodiment of the winter fairy-tale - warm chalets with fireplaces, snowy mountain picks, skiing and skating...
In addition to having the regional thematic each box type as per our concept has some Speciality - product/product set coming from the production site, which was attended by us, checked from the inside, and pre-selected for you.
